No deceptive tactics, great quality here! Before I found this place, two other flower shops threw monkey wrenches at me as I was checking out ( a hidden service fee of 20.00 and 30.00 dollars on top of tax, and the delivery fee so the total was a lot!!!). I canceled and found this shop! Thank you Rubis Flower Shop for being honest!

Flowers were beautiful and delivered with no problems. Only sad part is I thought the balloons were included as the picture showed. But overall great experience. Thank you.
